After the payment clearance, we dispatch your order, and it takes up to 10 to 12 days to reach the customer.

In addition, tracking numbers and order details are also provided to the customer via email. This step allows them to track their order and learn about the status of their package. But if the parcel is not delivered to the customer at the given time, then you need to contact our customer service team. 

PROVISION OF TRACKING ID

During this process, we provide the tracking details to the customer, so that they know the details of their parcel. 

Moreover, our customers have the option to contact customer service if they don’t receive their order at the given time. Also, it is our advice to the customers, if you’re not at home during the time of delivery, you can ask your neighbors to collect your order, or you can leave a delivery direction note for the individual who will deliver your order.

GIVE US ACCURATE INFORMATION

Customers need to provide an accurate physical address to us, as we never deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Also, you need to give us the correct contact details because with this step, you can save yourself from all kinds of inconvenience.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL 

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with a copy of your product invoice. But in case of no confirmation email, you need to place your order again with the correct data. 

CONTACT FOR DAMAGED OR MISPLACED ARTICLES

Our delivery process is quite smooth, and we try our best to deliver the parcel at the given time. If you have not received your parcel or the tracking code within the given period, then your paid money will be put back via credit card or PayPal account. Also, you have the chance to get a replacement from us.

In case of a damaged product or other issues, customers have the right to contact our customer service representative within 7 business days. Keep that mind that the product should have its tag. 

THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Our priority is to deliver the parcel within 2 to 5 business days. At the same time, an order tracking ID is also given to the customers to keep them updated about the status of their parcel.
